What are the access hours?
Access your belongings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Am I required to store long-term?
We offer month-to-month if you sign up for auto-pay. Otherwise, those who choose to pay with a check are required to pay quarterly. You have the option to pay month-to-month, quarterly, or whatever is convenient for you.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. Vehicle must run and you must have updated vehicle registration.
What services do you offer?
We have a dump station, water, and a mobile vehicle that can provide air if you are in need of help. All of our customers have access to a dump station and/or trash dumpster. Giving access to these by other non-customers is strictly prohibited.
When is rent due?
We offer anniversary billing so your rent is due on the day your move in. For example, if you move in on the 5th, rent is due on the 5th.
Cancellation notice?
Written notice is required. Please send by email or a handwritten notice mailed in or dropped off at our office.
